Picking a wedding videographer was a daunting decision for us. Trying to find someone in our budget, that had top tier quality, that understood our vision, and was easy to work with seemed unrealistic and impossible to find. In comes the Wedding Potion – Media Potion team. From the start, the intake, consultation, and contract discussion was so easy and we truly felt like they cared about what we wanted as a final product. Brittany was a dream to work with. She was organized, kind, and a true professional. She partnered so well with our photographers who were also very complimentary of her professionalism. Many times we didn’t realize she was even around us getting a shot (which is a very good thing). She blended in, got all the shots and captured so many precious moments, and many moments that me and my wife didn’t get to see first hand. The finished product serves as a time machine that takes us back to that day, and is so well shot that it feels like we are there reliving it again. Run, don’t walk to book them for your wedding – you won’t regret it.

My husband and I went back and forth on the idea of a wedding video, because we thought “when would we ever watch it?” We already had our venue picked out and had seen that Nick has worked with them so many times and his work was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like a no brainer to use his services. He was quick to respond, easy to get along with, never really felt like I was out of line with any questions I had. I’m so glad not only did we do the video, but that we got to meet and work with Nick. He was an absolute gem, made everything flawless, made a gorgeous video of our special day, capturing those moments that I’ll never forget. He made us feel comfortable and we didn't feel like we were being filmed at all. Can't recommend them enough for your wedding! It was a late add and we are so grateful we have the raw footage and wedding film to continue looking at for years to come. Our film is so special to us, capturing all the meaningful moments in a 3-minute video. Don't hesitate to hire them if you are on the fence!!

With great ideas given to us on areas and group photos, we were ecstatic with the results. Working with Wedding Potion was a delight! We did the Cinematic Video with Speech Highlights and our video turned out so beautifully, really captured the day. We decided super last minute that we wanted a video — about 2 weeks out — and Nick helped get everything planned super quickly. Brittany shot our wedding video, arrived right on time, was super friendly and professional, adapted to changes throughout the day, and worked really well with our photographer from a different company.

He never rushed to just 'get it over with' or treated us like 'just another client.'

Nick was such a joy to work with the ENTIRE process of planning our wedding. He answered all questions very promptly, within 24 hours. Communication is a big deal to me and he was great with it. He was on time — early — to the venue on our wedding day and did an incredible job with getting small and big details of our day. He worked VERY WELL with our photographers too.

What a blessing!! Nick and Brit were so much fun to work with. They were professional and creative and gave us so many natural moments in our engagement and wedding photos. Day of the wedding they definitely proved patience with our wedding party. They were able to get all the pictures we wanted among the chaos of wedding day. We also had our pictures back SO QUICK — I was so surprised!

Having someone video you all day sounds awkward, but he made us feel so natural.

Working with Nicholas was one of the most enjoyable and stress-free experiences. We had a few timeline changes and he was flexible with his arrival time — we had a sunrise elopement in October so it was VERY early! By the end of our day we felt as if he was just a friend that came with us, and this was very important since we did have such a personal elopement. We just received our video and to say we are blown away is an understatement.

Seriously the best investment of our wedding!

We planned our wedding from 4+ hours away but communication with Nick was always a breeze! We were disappointed with our wedding pictures so we were beyond thankful that we made this investment. Nick captured every aspect of our wedding and reception. My uncle passed away 5 months after our wedding, so to see him in our video is incredibly special.

Our video exceeded our expectations and we both felt they captured exactly how perfect we felt on our wedding day. They were willing to give us the raw footage, which we wanted for no other reason than to truly relive our wedding day. They worked well with all of our vendors and directed us when we needed to produce the best video possible. Our video ended up being just shy of 9 minutes which is absolutely perfect, and it captured all of the big moments of our special day. Although our video took awhile to get back, it was still within the date they gave us in the contract, which shows they are honest about how long beautiful work takes.

Your wedding day literally flies by and looking back, you know you had the best day but it’s hard to keep all those details and memories fresh in your mind.
